i used this program before (last year was the most recent) and never had trouble or complained. but now when i try adding videos to my ipod (the same ipod), it doesn't work, always saying that it cannot be played on my ipod when dragged into itunes. boo.

If I convert a music video off of youtube to itunes, it doesn't play as a music video it plays as a movie, even when I try to switch it from a movie to a music video the songs do not come up on my playlists

- that its free !! But seriously, I like that it also seems to "clean up" the "static" in the video, at least a little bit and at least on the videos I used, so the finished version looks and plays much nicer on the ipod; less "noise" (does that make sense ?)
